Account Setup

Welcome to Work Pair-A-Dice! Setting up your account is quick and easy. Follow these simple steps to get started with managing your job search more effectively.

Step 1: Choose Your Sign-Up Method

You can create your Work Pair-A-Dice account in two ways:

Option A: Email and Password
1. Visit the sign-up/sign-up page
2. Click "Sign Up with Email"
3. Enter your email address
4. Create a secure password (see password requirements below)
5. Confirm your password
6. Click "Create Account"

Option B: Google Sign-In
1. Visit the Work Pair-A-Dice sign-up page
2. Click "Sign Up with Google"
3. Select your Google account or sign in if prompted
4. Authorize Work Pair-A-Dice to access your basic profile information
5. Your account will be created automatically

Password Requirements
To keep your account secure, passwords must meet these requirements:
- At least 10 characters long
- Include a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters
- Include at least one number
- Include at least one special character (such as !, @, #, $, %, etc.)

Step 2: Choose Your Subscription Plan

During sign-up, you'll select from our three subscription tiers:

- Silver Plan - Entry-level features to get you started
- Gold Plan - Enhanced features for active job seekers
- Platinum Plan - Premium features for comprehensive job search management

Good News: All new accounts include a 14-day free trial regardless of which plan you choose. You can explore all features before your billing begins.

Step 3: Complete Account Creation
After selecting your plan, your account will be created and you'll be automatically directed to your dashboard to begin using Work Pair-A-Dice.

What Happens After Account Creation
Once your account is set up:
1. You'll be taken directly to your Work Pair-A-Dice dashboard
2. A brief walkthrough will guide you through the key features (Coming Soon)
3. You can immediately begin adding job applications, contacts, and documents
4. Your 14-day free trial begins automatically

Troubleshooting

Can't Create Account?
- Check your internet connection - Ensure you have a stable connection
- Verify email format - Make sure your email address is entered correctly
- Password requirements - Confirm your password meets all security requirements
- Browser issues - Try clearing your cache or using a different browser

Google Sign-In Not Working?
- Pop-up blockers - Ensure pop-ups are allowed for Work Pair-A-Dice
- Google account access - Make sure you're signed into the correct Google account
- Browser settings - Check that third-party cookies are enabled

Forgot to Select a Plan?
- Don't worry! You can change your subscription plan anytime from your account settings
- Your 14-day free trial gives you time to explore all features before deciding
